Our Approach to Digital Course Delivery

Nature of Our Offerings
At The ALTAR – Academy for Learning Technology & Arts to share Rhema, all our products and services are delivered in digital formats. These include online instructor-led courses, self-paced trainings, media assets, templates, and downloadable learning materials — all accessible through secure online platforms.
We currently do not offer any physical goods or shipping-based services. Our model is designed entirely around digital learning experiences. Should this change in the future, we will revise this policy accordingly and notify users via our website.
Mode of Delivery
All course materials and related resources are made available only through our official Learning Management System (LMS). This includes:
Course content (videos, notes, quizzes)
Learning assets (templates, media files, downloadable PDFs)
Session-specific handouts or resources
Some assets may require manual activation, or may be assigned only when the learner reaches a certain stage in the course.
We do not email large files directly or provide download links outside the LMS environment.
Timing and
Access to Materials

Self-paced courses: Access is typically granted immediately after successful registration and payment, unless otherwise stated on the course page.

Instructor-led sessions: Joining details are shared through the LMS and/or email ahead of the session.

Media and learning assets are released progressively, based on the course flow and relevance. Assets required for a particular session are usually provided at the start of the session or after the previous session concludes.
If a student exits the course or discontinues before a particular resource is unlocked, access to those materials will not be granted separately.
Please note: Even in group bookings, each participant will have an individual learning account. Access credentials are non-transferable and must not be shared with anyone beyond the approved group.
Technical Issues or Delays

We are also in the process of launching a dedicated support portal to serve you better.
No Physical Shipping
As of now, we do not offer physical shipping of any kind. There are:

No delivery or courier services,

No shipping charges or logistics partners,

And no expectation of receiving any course content in physical form.
Even for any future in-person or classroom-based programs, course resources may be delivered digitally.
User Responsibility for Access
It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure:

That the email address and contact details provided during registration are correct,

That login credentials are kept secure and not shared with others, and
-
That they use compatible devices and internet access to engage with the course.

Access granted under group bookings is still tied to individual learner accounts and cannot be shared, duplicated, or redistributed within or outside the group. Misuse may result in suspension or revocation of access without refund, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
The ALTAR is not responsible for disruptions in access caused by incorrect credentials, email filters, shared logins, or other user-side issues.
